Yes,it is.This was part of the Cabalgata in Mairena del Aljarafe.The Wise Man helpers are throwing lots and lots of sweets and presents (plastic balls,teddy bears,etc.) to the public,most children with their parents.There is a band playing loud and cheerful music.
